- In the event of an accident, vehicle damage, traffic violations, mechanical breakdowns, personal injury, loss, or any unforeseen incident during the service, Royal Cleaning Services shall not be held liable. Such matters shall be resolved between the vehicle owner, driver, insurance provider, and relevant authorities in accordance with Nepalese laws and applicable insurance policies.
- Any illegal activities, misuse of the vehicle, or violations of traffic regulations remain the sole responsibility of the customer and/or vehicle owner.
