(“the Company”) to any individual, organization, or business entity (“the Client”). By requesting or using our driver supply services, the Client agrees to comply with the terms outlined below.
1. Nature of Service
1.1 The Company provides trained and experienced drivers to Clients on a temporary, contractual, or long-term basis within Kathmandu Valley and nearby areas.
1.2 The Company acts solely as a service provider and manpower supplier. Once assigned, the driver performs duties under the Client’s supervision and instruction.
2. Scope of Driver Duties
2.1 Drivers supplied by the Company are assigned for lawful driving-related tasks, which may include but are not limited to:
